Digital marketing in Dubai typically costs about AED 2,000 to AED 7,000 a month for a starter retainer and AED 7,000 to AED 20,000 a month for an SME growth retainer, before ad spend (Digital Gravity). Social media packages in Dubai start at around AED 2,500 a month (Red Berries), SEO packages run from about AED 1,500 a month for local SEO to AED 12,000 or more for growth programmes (Prism Digital), and ad budgets are paid to the platforms on top of the agency fee. The price depends mostly on content volume, the number of channels and languages, and who does the work.

This guide covers social media, SEO, paid ads, content production and websites, the pricing models agencies use, and the red flags in cheap packages. All figures are ranges that UAE agencies publish in their own price guides and package pages; they are indicative, not quotes.

How much are social media packages in Dubai?

Red Berries splits social media marketing packages in Dubai into three tiers: entry-level maintenance at AED 2,500 to AED 5,000 a month, growth and mid-tier at AED 6,000 to AED 15,000, and enterprise or full-funnel at AED 16,000 to AED 45,000 or more (Red Berries). Digital Gravity's range for social media marketing, AED 2,500 to AED 15,000 or more a month, is broadly the same (Digital Gravity).

What social media packages typically include

  • Entry level: 8 to 12 static posts a month, template-based design, scheduling and a basic monthly report (Red Berries).
  • Mid-tier: a strategy across several platforms, short-form video shoots, ad account management, community management, and English and Arabic copy.
  • Enterprise: dedicated production crews, high-end video, influencer management, landing pages and advanced tracking.

What drives the price of social media marketing packages

  • Video or static: short-form video needs scripting, shooting, talent and editing, so it costs more than template designs (Red Berries).
  • Number of platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn each need their own formats.
  • Languages: Arabic and English content costs more, especially when copy is adapted for each audience rather than translated.
  • Community management: replying to comments and messages every day takes staff hours.
  • Ads management: some packages include boosting and paid campaigns; many charge for it separately.
  • Influencers and creators: their fees sit on top, and in the UAE they need a UAE Media Council Advertiser Permit (The National).

How much do SEO packages cost in Dubai?

Published SEO packages in Dubai vary widely because scope varies widely. Prism Digital puts basic or local SEO at AED 1,500 to AED 3,500 a month, SME growth at AED 3,500 to AED 12,000, and competitive sectors such as legal, medical and real estate at AED 15,000 to AED 40,000 or more (Prism Digital). Global Media Insight lists monthly tiers from AED 4,500 to AED 15,000, with local SEO at AED 1,500 to AED 5,000 and e-commerce SEO at AED 3,000 to AED 10,000 (Global Media Insight).

Package pages show what the money buys. Red Berries publishes four packages from AED 2,500 to AED 15,000, excluding VAT, scaled by keywords targeted and articles per month, with a six-month minimum on most tiers (Red Berries). Tenet lists packages from AED 7,500 to AED 15,000 a month that add digital PR, conversion work and AI citation audits (Tenet).

The main cost drivers are competition for your keywords, the size of the site, the number of locations and languages, how much content is written each month, link building and digital PR, and technical fixes. More packages now also include GEO, which aims to get a business named in answers from ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode.

Paid ads: agency fee vs ad spend

Paid advertising has two separate costs. The ad spend goes to Google, Meta, TikTok or Snapchat. The management fee goes to the agency for strategy, creative, setup, optimisation and reporting. Published management fees in Dubai are AED 2,000 to AED 10,000 or more a month, or 10% to 20% of ad spend (Digital Gravity), and AED 3,000 to AED 10,000 a month for smaller budgets, or 15% to 25% of spend (Prism Digital).

Ask for the ad accounts to be opened in your company's name, with spend billed by the platform to your card. That keeps the data and account history yours if you change agency.

How to set an ad budget

  1. Start with the result you need, for example 60 qualified leads a month.
  2. Estimate your cost per lead from past campaigns or a short test.
  3. Multiply the two to get a monthly media budget, then add the agency fee.
  4. Give the budget enough room to learn; Prism Digital notes that locally targeted campaigns typically begin at AED 5,000 to AED 10,000 a month in spend (Prism Digital).
  5. Set daily budgets knowing that Google may spend up to twice your average daily budget on a single day, but no more than 30.4 times it over a month (Google Ads Help).

What does content production cost?

Content production is often the biggest variable in a marketing budget, and there is little reliable, current public pricing for it in Dubai. It is more useful to know what drives the cost:

  • Shoot days and the size of the crew
  • Models, presenters or creators, and how long you can use their content
  • Locations, props and any location permits
  • Editing, motion graphics and colour grading
  • Voice-over and subtitles in Arabic and English
  • Number of formats: one shoot cut for Reels, Stories, TikTok and YouTube costs less per asset than separate shoots

How much does a website cost in Dubai?

Element8's 2026 pricing table puts a basic business website at AED 1,500 to AED 6,000, a CMS business website at AED 6,000 to AED 18,000, a corporate or custom website at AED 18,000 to AED 50,000 or more, and an e-commerce website at AED 12,000 to AED 60,000 or more (Element8). Bilingual English and Arabic builds with right-to-left layouts, integrations with booking or CRM systems, and moving SEO across from an old site all add to the cost.

Retainer or project: which pricing model fits?

Ongoing work, such as social media, SEO and paid ads, is usually sold as a monthly retainer. One-off work, such as a website, a brand identity or a campaign shoot, is usually priced as a project. Some ads agencies charge a percentage of spend instead of a flat fee.

Retainers give you a consistent team and steady output, but check the minimum term: Red Berries, for example, asks for a 12-month SEO contract with a six-month minimum (Red Berries). If you are comparing an agency with hiring, the Robert Walters Salary Survey 2026 puts a digital marketing manager in the UAE at AED 25,000 to AED 35,000 a month in basic salary, and a marketing or digital executive at AED 18,000 to AED 25,000 (Robert Walters), before visa, insurance, gratuity and equipment.

Red flags in cheap digital marketing packages

  • Guaranteed rankings: Google states that no one can guarantee a number one ranking on Google (Google Search Central).
  • Ad spend bundled into one price, with no split between media and fee.
  • Ad accounts, social pages or domains registered in the agency's name.
  • A fixed number of posts with no strategy, no community management and no reporting.
  • Arabic produced by machine translation and never checked by a native speaker.
  • Promises of a set number of followers, which often means bought followers.
  • Reports that show only impressions and reach, never leads or sales.
  • Long lock-in periods with no clear exit terms.
