A Technical Manager is a crucial member of our company, responsible for overseeing technical and IT-related tasks to ensure smooth and productive operations.
Operations:
Technical Support / IT for Online exhibitors manual and online agents manual
Technical and operational requirements onsite
Conduct training and demo to staff, exhibitors and agents
IT set up for events/activations
Liasing with Digital and other technical contractors
Floor plan / Autocad
IT Support and Troubleshooting
Providing technical support to staff is a core aspect of this role. The Technical Manager addresses and resolves IT issues promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring that employees have the tools they need to perform their tasks efficiently.
App Management and Maintenance
Subscriptions, Emails and Production App – renewal and management
Website management, updates and maintenance
Mutant website management, updates and maintenance
Implements and enforces security protocols, conducts regular audits, and stays updated on the latest cybersecurity threats to protect the company's assets.
Database Management
Database preparation for email campaigns
Database import and export across various apps and software
Update and Management
