Are you a creative mind with a passion for social media marketing? We're on the lookout for a talented individual to join our production team as a Social Media Assistant.

Key Responsibilities :
Content Scheduling: Post engaging content and assets according to the social media calendar.
Optimization: Implement alt tags and location tagging for enhanced discoverability.
Community Management: Foster a vibrant social media community through interaction and engagement.
Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to chats and messages, ensuring a positive user experience.
Email Marketing: Contribute to the planning and execution of effective email marketing campaigns.
Client Collaboration: Liaise with clients to obtain necessary assets for successful campaign execution.
Qualifications :
A degree in marketing, communications, or related field
Entry / 1 year of experience in social media or related field
Proficient in marketing automation tools
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Skills
In-depth knowledge of social media marketing
Adept with social media post scheduling software and apps
Expert in producing campaign reports and client presentation
