CONTENT CREATOR
We’re looking for a sharp, all-rounder Content Creator who knows how to tell a story, keep up with trends, and isn’t afraid to lead the charge. You’ll be scripting and writing blogs, shooting and editing videos, and giving creative direction across brands we manage — plus content for our own agency. If you're someone who gets what content needs to do (not just what it looks like), we want to hear from you.
We are a Dubai-based agency committed to excellence in creativity and innovation. Our team specialises in driving brand and business growth through personalised creative and digital solutions that enhance visibility and engage audiences, all with the cohesive objective of delivering measurable results. While we remain mindful of industry trends and digital shifts, we approach challenges with a willingness to question conventional norms.
Who we are
We’re looking for a sharp, all-rounder Content Creator who knows how to tell a story, keep up with trends, and isn’t afraid to lead the charge. You’ll be scripting and writing blogs, shooting and editing videos, and giving creative direction across brands we manage — plus content for our own agency. If you're someone who gets what content needs to do (not just what it looks like), we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Write clear, engaging scripts, blog posts, and content across formats
Create short-form and long-form video content (filming + editing)
Stay on top of trends and pitch content ideas weekly
Direct shoots and lead visual storytelling
Collaborate closely with clients, designers, and internal teams
Own the content calendar and campaign execution
Help drive brand voice and identity for various industries
Confidently lead and give direction during content production
Edit and render final post content
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in content writing, scripting, and video editing
Strong creative eye and ability to shoot content (camera or phone, doesn't matter – just results)
Confident personality — able to manage clients and guide internal teams
Skilled in tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut (bonus for motion graphics)
Fast, adaptable, and plugged into social and content trends
Agency experience or multi-brand handling is a big plus
A self-starter with a bias for execution over overthinking
