Who we are

We are looking for a talented Account Manager - Brand Strategist  you will play a pivotal role in developing compelling brand narratives and managing client accounts for branding, website,  app and integrated marketing projects. This multifaceted position requires a creative storyteller with excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.


Responsibilities:


Brand Storytelling

  • Develop captivating brand stories that resonate with target audiences and align with client objectives and brand values.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, marketing, and strategy, to craft cohesive and impactful brand narratives across various channels and platforms.

  • Conduct research and gather insights to inform brand storytelling strategies and ensure alignment with market trends and consumer preferences.


Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and nurturing strong relationships based on trust and collaboration.

  • Understand client goals, challenges, and expectations to develop tailored strategies and solutions that drive brand success.

  • Serves as a link between the client and production team on assigned projects (Branding, Web & App Development, Integrated Marketing) from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and adherence to budget and scope.

  • Creating client reports on a weekly basis


Client Communication

  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status, share insights and recommendations, and address any questions or concerns.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, offering guidance and expertise on brand storytelling best practices, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.


Team Collaboration

  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by actively engaging with cross-functional teams and sharing knowledge, ideas, and best practices.

  • Coordinate with creative teams to develop visual assets, content, and multimedia elements that bring brand stories to life across various channels and touchpoints.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in brand storytelling, content creation, and account management, preferably in an agency or marketing environment.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and articulate complex ideas concisely and persuasively.

  • Strong project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data, identify insights, and develop actionable recommendations.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in building and maintaining client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and driving client satisfaction.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

  • Knowledge of web and app development, branding, social and digital marketing trends, platforms, and technologies is a plus.


Compensation & Employment Details

  • Salary range of AED 6,000 - 8,000 + Commission

  • Work Visa

  • Insurance

  • Full-time (Monday to Thursday: 9:00am to 5:00pm and Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm)
