Job Description

Completes clerical and administrative tasks for the office such as: welcoming and directing visitors/guests, coordinating meetings and appointments, directing phone calls and emails to appropriate staff/department.

  • Directing phone calls and emails to appropriate staff/department

  • Manage agendas, travel plans, visas and appointments for upper management

  • Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence

  • Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company

  • Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other company data.

  • Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures.

  • Source services needed by the team or office.

  • Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so.


  • Assist in data management and research


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc)

  • Adaptable in new application / technologies used by the team


  • Fluent / Native in the English Language


  • Must be based in the UAE

  • Preferably Female

  • Related experience or education on business administration
